Salah satu pendekatan untuk masalah ini adalah dengan melakukan hal berikut:

  1. Emulasi LEADpada SQL Server 2008. Anda dapat menggunakan APPLYatau suquery untuk ini.
  2. Untuk baris tanpa baris berikutnya, tambahkan satu bulan ke tanggal akun mereka.
