Terpentin + pernis, sangat lambat (30-an +) saat menggunakan SSL

Saya baru mengenal Turpentine dan Varnish, berikut adalah pengaturan saya:

nginx -> varnish -> nginx -> php5-fpm

Pernis bekerja dengan baik ketika saya mengatur nginx untuk mendengarkan port 80 kemudian maju ke pernis tanpa menggunakan ssl (tidak secara langsung menjalankan pernis pada 80), ia berfungsi dengan baik, halaman cache cepat, hit pertama sedikit lebih lambat (hit pertama sekitar 200 ms, di-cache halaman hit sekitar 7-20 ms).

Kemudian saya mencoba untuk membungkus pernis dengan https, pertama saya mengujinya dengan sertifikat yang ditandatangani sendiri, hit pertama menjadi lambat sekali ( 30an + , ya, detik, bukan ms), hit cache masih cepat, 7-20ms.Kemudian saya mendapatkan sertifikat dari letsencrypt.org, tetapi tidak memperbaiki masalah.

Saya tidak begitu mengerti apa yang sedang terjadi di sini dan tidak tahu bagaimana menemukan apa yang menyebabkannya sangat lambat.
