Bagaimana cara membuat entitas EAV?

Ini adalah pertanyaan yang banyak muncul di web. Ada beberapa artikel blog bagus yang menjelaskan cara melakukannya, tetapi tidak ada satupun yang memuaskan bagi saya.
Jadi saya memutuskan untuk menjawab pertanyaan sendiri dan menjelaskan bagaimana saya melakukannya ... dan sepertinya berhasil.

Ada banyak kode di sini. Untuk membaca dengan benar, urutkan jawaban berdasarkan 'tertua'.

Bagian 1

Untuk keperluan demo ini saya akan membuat modul, beri nama Easylife_Newsyang berisi entitas Article.
Modul ini dilengkapi dengan kode CRUD lengkap untuk backend, termasuk bagian untuk mengelola atribut, dan beberapa daftar frontend sederhana dan melihat halaman untuk setiap artikel. Ini juga mengiklankan item menu di menu atas ke daftar artikel.
Ini juga mengandung penulisan ulang URL, umpan RSS dan remah roti untuk frontend. Entitas ini akan memiliki 4 atribut: Title, Short Description, Description, Publish Dateselain yang sistem ( created_at, updated_at, status, in_rss, url_key).
