Saya dapat memperbaiki masalah ini, tetapi masalah yang saya miliki tampaknya terkait dengan fakta bahwa saya masih memiliki pengaturan Apache di server, dan beberapa bagian dari Apache bertentangan dengan kemampuan Nginx untuk server halaman php, meskipun Apache tidak berlari.

Jika Anda mengalami masalah yang sama cobalah untuk menghapus Apache, PHP dan semua modul terkait, dan instal ulang hanya apa yang Anda butuhkan.
