Saya pikir kecurigaan Anda tentang "perusakan odometer" benar, dan itu mungkin . Kesalahan yang direkam kemungkinan nyata dan pasti mengkhawatirkan karena menunjukkan sektor yang buruk saat membaca. Disk tersebut kemungkinan telah dihapus sebelum membuat jalan untuk Anda, sehingga bad sector tersebut mungkin telah dipetakan ulang.

Siapa pun yang menjual hard drive Anda, mereset atribut SMART agar terlihat seperti hard drive baru.

Mencurigakan, saya menelepon Hitachi Global Storage Technologies dan mengetahui bahwa setidaknya dua disk memiliki jaminan mereka diaktifkan pada 24 September 2010, hampir lima tahun sebelum saya membelinya. Garansi pabrik berakhir 3 tahun kemudian.

Agaknya perilaku ini juga melanggar hukum perdagangan, karena apa yang mereka lakukan pada dasarnya adalah kesalahan penjualan / penipuan. Apakah Anda mempertimbangkan untuk meneruskan masalah ini?
