Saya memiliki Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit yang berjalan pada Windows 7 32-bit. Saat teks disorot dan warna dipilih dari mini-toolbar atau pita, teks tidak berubah warna. Jika saya mengubah warna untuk beberapa kata, dan memilih warna yang berbeda untuk setiap kata, bilah alat dan pita akan mencerminkan masing-masing warna berbeda yang saya pilih, namun tidak ditampilkan dalam dokumen. Jadi sepertinya Word menyadari warna teks dan tidak seolah-olah tidak menerapkan perubahan.
Apa yang menyebabkan ketidakmampuan ini untuk melihat warna teks dan bagaimana saya memperbaikinya?

Saya membuka WordPad dan membuat beberapa teks dan berhasil mengubah warnanya. Jika saya menyalin dan menempelkan teks berwarna ke dokumen Word 2010, warnanya hilang. Apakah maksud Anda kotak teks atau teks paragraf biasa? Bisakah Anda menyimpan file sebagai HTML, membukanya di Notepad, dan menempelkannya ke pertanyaan Anda?
Menginstal ulang kantor seharusnya secara teoritis mengesampingkan masalah dalam pemasangan, tetapi apakah Anda sudah mencoba sebagai pengguna yang sama sekali baru pada sistem yang sama dengan profil baru / bersih? Mungkin ada sesuatu yang kacau di registri pengguna, atau mereka memiliki templat normal per pengguna atau sesuatu.
