Debian: apt-get tidak menemukan paket apa pun

Saya punya masalah yang apt-get tidak menemukan paket di Debian 7.3 saya yang baru diinstal.

Pertama saya mendapat kesalahan bahwa saya harus memasukkan CD Instalasi, kemudian saya mengedit /etc/apt/sources.listdan mengomentari baris pertama:
