libtool diinstal tetapi tidak di jalur setelah instalasi

Saya mencoba menginstal libtool. Tampaknya tidak tersedia bahkan setelah saya menginstalnya.

Saya menemukan bahwa libtool-binitu bukan paket yang tersedia sampai setelah sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, reboot, lalusudo apt-get update
